Application for the visa

One of the requirements for a freelance visa in the UAE is access to TECOM’s business platform. That is to say after you obtain the freelance permit, you will receive access to the platform known as AXS, this was presented in partnership with Dubai Development Authority (DDA).

  • Establishment card: AED 2,000 (1 year validity).
  • Freelance permit: AED 7,500 (1 year validity).

If you apply for an employment visa (valid for 3 years) within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Normal: AED 5,000.
  • Express: AED 6,400.

If you apply for the employment visa (valid for 3 years) from outside the country:

  • Normal: AED 3,340.
  • Express: AED 3,900.

Have in mind that all costs established above for the employment visa include the additional costs for the Emirates ID, Medical Tests, and Visa Stamping.
